CRITICALLY ANALYZE AND REFLECTIVELY DISCUSS THE CONCEPT OF EXPERT CLINICAL LEADERSHIP AND ITS ASSOCIATION WITH ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE IN HEALTH CARE

I need to critically analyse and reflectively discuss the concept of expert clinical leadership and its association with organisational performance in health care. I have written my essay paper on this topic, however, I’m facing a problem in analyzing and start a discussion (it’s a requirement in the essay). I clearly had stated my point of viewthat clinician leaders are considered better leaders in the healthcare system. What’s missing in my essay is providing a proofand evaluating the evidence. Therefore, I need you to help me with this. I’ve attached two documents:
– The most effective leadership style for the new landscape of healthcare
– Recognizing & defining clinical nurse leaders
I only need you to look at these two articles (only these 2 resources are needed) and draw an evidence that proofs my point of view.
I need you to help me in organizing my thoughts (my own words): nurses are better leaders because they are able to develop emotional and behavioral intelligence which is one of the essential aspect of the leaders in the healthcare. Managers (with no clinical background) lack this aspect since they don’t deal with patients like how nurses do.

Please have a look at these instructions (provided by my tutor):
Critically analyse and reflectively discuss the concept of expert clinical leadership and its association with organisational performance in health care
??Introduce and explain the issue by drawing on case study examples from a range of contexts e.g. acute care, primary care, public health and mental health, in various
country-settings, and at different levels within the organisation e.g. CEO/partner, medical/nursing directors, clinical leads.
??Critically review published evidence that either supports or refutes the proposition of expert clinical leadership linking to improved organisational performance in health care.

Critical Reflection — the process of analysing, reconsidering and questioning experiences ‘in context’. Four activities are central to critical reflection (Brookfield 1988):
???Assumption analysis – This is the first step in the critical reflection process. It involves thinking in such a manner that it challenges our beliefs, values, cultural practices. Assumptions are our way of seeing reality and how relationships are being ordered.
???Contextual awareness – Realising that our assumptions are socially and personally created in a specific historical and cultural context.
???Imaginative speculation – Imagining alternative ways of thinking about phenomena in order to provide an opportunity to challenge our prevailing ways of knowing and acting.
???Reflective scepticism – Questioning of universal truth claims or unexamined patterns of interaction through the prior three activities – assumption analysis, contextual awareness, and imaginative speculation. It is the ability to think about a subject so that the available evidence from that subject’s field is suspended or temporarily rejected in order to establish the truth or viability of a proposition or action.
