Introduction

These are some of the major problems that will be addressed during the survey. Problem identification will thus form a crucial part of the research plan. (Cozby, 2012)
Significance of Research
This part of the survey plan is aimed at highlighting specific implications of the research. This helps a lot in determining whether the research is beneficial. (Creswell, 2009)It is anticipated that this research will substantially enhance education standards in community colleges. The research will also form an excellent basis for future studies. Furthermore, policy makers in the education sector will also benefit a lot from the findings.
Literature Review
Literature review forms an integral part of all research designs. Essentially, this section will help in reviewing what other researchers have done in the past. Literature forms a critical foundation of any research design. (Cozby, 2012) For the survey, periodicals, academic journals, peer-reviewed articles, books and other scholarly sources will be used for literature review. Discussion
The discussion section is geared towards assessing the outcomes of research. To start with, the outcomes will be used to nullify or validate the hypothesis. Secondly, the outcomes will also help in determining the specific implications of the entire survey. The various shortcomings or pitfalls encountered during the survey will also be discussed. The discussion section also provides an excellent platform for encapsulating all critical elements of the survey. (Trochim, 2006)
Recommendations
Recommendations will call all the relevant stakeholders to action. (Creswell, 2009)For the purposes of this dissertation, the government is one of the most important stakeholders. Based on findings, relevant recommendations for the government will be highlighted. For instance, it is anticipated that the government must allocate more resources for community colleges. This will boost the efforts of formulating effective conflict resolution frameworks in such institutions.
The government must also provide the necessary framework for education stakeholders to formulate effective policies. Apart from the government, recommendations will also be targeted towards students in community colleges. An appropriate framework for promoting harmony among students in community colleges will be provided. Based on such a framework, interactions between students will be tremendously enhanced.
Recommendations will also provide an excellent platform for the enhancement of student-teacher relationships in community colleges. This will go a long way towards minimizing conflicts in community colleges. Other educational institutions like universities and high schools will also benefit a lot from the recommendations. This will be enhanced by the external validity perspectives. Additionally, recommendations for policy formulation and implementation will also be made.
