This will increase the student enrolment hence economically the college will be doing quite well. This is a crucial aspect of strategic marketing as students are more than excited to experience the hurdles and challenges of the industries way before they graduate to prepare them for future ventures. The other social aspect is introduction of international and intercultural elements in teaching, as well as, research hence students from all corners of the world will feel at home in Ashby Residential College.
The political environment in the institution is also bound to change as a sustainable council will be established in line with the changes that are expected in the institution. A sustainable and reliable student’s council is significant towards attracting more new students as they will be assured of studying in a place where their needs are catered for well.
