Organization hypothesis refer to the study of the occurrence of organizational implementation and presentation and of the performance of groups and individuals functioning in them. Researches indicate that the revise of organizational behavior is extremely interesting and difficult tool. The organization hypothesis is usually related to people in work, individuals and groups. The study of managerial performance relates to the predictable behaviors of individuals in the organization. The most important theories which try to find out to study the institute are; the systems hypothesis, contingency hypothesis, classical hypothesis and neo classical hypothesis. The people in the working place have different cultures and no two persons are expected to have the same behaviors the organization (Wilmot H. and Murphy D.J, 2010).

The organization atmosphere is the procedures used to quantify the culture of the organization. The cultures help to hold the institute together because it is a social stick. The organization with the cultures has some features of the team, people and results orientation. There is also stability and aggressiveness. The cultures in an institute are crucial because it enhance the steadiness and give a sense of uniqueness for members. The culture and climate seems to be similar because it deal with societal context on institute and both are understood to affect the behavior of group.


The institute structure is usually consisting of coordination, supervision and the allocation that help to achieve the organizational goals. The process for building cultures in the institute involves setting the organization expectation.
