Data validation ensures that no error exists in order to develop valid results. Experiment results or findings of a given process give data that should be interpreted to provide meaningful information. Although human minds may not interpret a set of data in the appropriate manner, several approaches help researchers interpret data in a more meaningful way.
Speed Reading: Speed Reading is among the few methods used to interpret data from their findings. This is not a common method because it does not occur naturally. Evidence suggests that speed reading must entail the elimination of individual’s habits in order to develop relevant interpretation. According to the data collected in the spreadsheet, this method would help produce useful information. Speed reading interpretation approach is best simply because it helps reduce errors that arose during the experiment, (Silverman, 2006).
Logical Graph Analysis: In the world of research studies, this method have allowed different people interpret their data in a logical manner. Logical graph analysis helps validly interpret graphical data in the appropriate manner. Evidence suggests that logical graph analysis approach gives the best results where the researcher does not use unethical practices. The method is ideal for the data collected simply because it does not entirely rely on the visual cues.
It is a method that focuses on graphical unit of measurement, and since data in the spreadsheet may be represented in a graphical representation, the method may, therefore, develop quality and valid information. It is a method that offers the researcher to construct different levels of suspicion. With that in mind, no exaggerations exist during data interpretation, (Silverman, 2006).
