One of the most crucial aspect in academic learning is the use of group work to get ideas create an environment that allows understanding. My team in organizational behavior service learning management is known as live case, which works in, a positive direction in addressing course work problems. The group is made of dedicated individuals who actively engage in academic forums that we conduct every Monday of the week.


Group behavior is one of the concepts the group has applied in ensuring that each member follows the expectations of the group. The intergroup relationship based on behaviors of each of the group members made us develop a strong working group. We have a leader who prepares and conducts group’s discussions, (King, 2009).


Communication has enabled the group meet and achieves goals of all activities provided in the coursework. We apply the concept of effective communication, which helps us, understand each other and get tasks required in the coursework in the right manner. We have a group leader who regulates group discussions. He have developed a strategic decision making approach that helps use reach into a conclusion where we enter into a state of disagreement.


The group has allocated task in completing course activities. This is an easy way of handling things simply because we have always managed to complete course activities ahead of other groups plus the content of activities earns the group high grades. Allocation of activities and roles in a group allows work completed in the best way possible. Clear and effective communication also has enabled the group work effectively and realizes goals of all projects, (King, 2009).
