Also as a profession, I should adhere to my professional ethics. Each profession is governed by certain ethical values and that there is a penalty for each unethical act committed. Approval of loans without considering borrowers income or credit background is against the laws governing the bank transaction and is considered unethical professionally, and the borrowers will be having every right to sue me in the court of law because I failed to advise them accordingly on the penalties that come as due to make payment of their loans ; so as a professional, I should take the role of advising the leaders of the organization to follow the existing financial institution laws and regulations governing the bank and the entire financial institutions, and I will carry out my duties in accordance within the law, not through encouragement or any sort of intimidation so that I would not be sued for failing to follow my professional ethics and policies that govern my duties in my financial institution.
If all the clients had knowledge of my bank strategy, they would take privilege to get financial assistance, which would benefit them to prosper economically because my bank strategy will be the one that is governed by law, and that every transaction carried out within the bank will be within the legal mandate of my bank and the legal and institutional framework of the Central Government which is the regulatory body of all financial institutions. Also, all clients will benefit from advisory services on the loans, deposits and variations of bank accounts with their advantages and disadvantages, and they will be able to make rational decisions, and all borrowers would be able to apply the right amount of loan they will be able to service their loans without any chances of loosing their properties.
