ABC Process Outsourcing Company is based in Bangladesh. The company provides bound call services to customers in different parts of the world. Most of the clients come from Australia, UK, and USA. Established in 2007, the company chooses this country simply because the environment offered cheap labor compared to other parts where the company wanted to establish its operations. The company mainly focus on voice based process services simply because the place has qualified and skilled young candidates for that particular work, (Cassia, 2010).
In this town, there are many firms that train individuals using teaching modules of the above country. The company established a partnership with one of the firms in training candidates on accent and language skills. The training prepared candidates establish working environment that offered clients the best caller services. The company offers the best services to clients and offers employees’ suitable working environment. During the economic recession, the company faced a problem of selecting qualified candidates to serve the increased number of clients. Post economic recession that adjusted supply and demand made the company focus on consolidating instead of expanding (Cassia, 2010).
The company has managed to grow due to two key aspects. The increase in the number of clients from Australia has made the company perform well despite the increase in market competition. Another thing is that the company integrated its operations with technology where it uses Web 2.0. This computer technology has enabled the company provide quality services to its clients. In case the company faces restrictions from one of the countries, it should focus on the other three or shift to a different service. The company can as well decide to establish its service in the country and target clients from within, (Cassia, 2010).
