Addiction To Technology Is A Serious Problem

One of the few things that we need to accept about technology is that it has entered into our day to day activities. Technology is part of our current life whereby an individual can not leave without technology. Basically technology (computer and cell phone) has changed the world of man simply because things can be done when one is at home. Research shows that there are serious problems that affect man as a result of technology growth. Although technology has developed some convenience in the world of man, there are problems such as health issues and addictions that have been discovered in the use of technology, (Johnston, 2011).

A recent study on effects of technology shows that most teens are unable to deprive from technology something that subjects them into great dangers. Most teen are unable to stay without technology even in a day. Technology has turned to be a drug simply because teens develop symptoms when called to withdrawal from the use of technology. Technology development has made people become lazy simply because they have the potential of working from their home. People are able to accomplish their activities through technology something that has withdrawn human interaction. Technology has made man become addictive to an extent individuals work alone without sharing common things, (Soong, 2012).

Individuals who have been addicted with technology treat the world as though they don’t belong there. Technology has been turned to everything something that is a great problem. Research shows that technology develops some health problems that can threaten your life. In conclusion as long as there is technology growth, individuals will continue being addicted. The only solution is to have time for technology and time for other activities, (Johnston, 2011).
