The most important thing at the moment is to determine the problem with Kava and come up with a solution which will help the people of Kava. Problems that face Kava requires to be addressed and solved else the situation will worsen and affect each and every activity that goes through in Kava. Alex and Chris suggested that if we use brainstorming decision technique, things will be solved appropriately and have an environment which is not only conducive but also attractive even for tourists.
The initial point is that we should understand that Kava is a place full of disasters and hundreds of problems that can not be solved automatically. Consider the situation of dealing with minor since the country has over 50% of those who have not attained the age of 15 and some natural problems which getting solution is quite a hard task. By use of brainstorming approach, we have to identify what are the possible causes of the problems that Kava have at the present. After pointing out possible causes the main task will be at evaluating and looking for some possible steps that need to be taken so as to deal with those problems as fast as possible. To help the residents of Kava new ideas are required so as to provide a new approach of doing things, (Decision Making Confidence, 2010).
Although our company will make profits in the process of solving Kava’s main problems, our company is solely geared towards providing help to the citizens. Our plans are beyond realizable but with the help of citizens, we believe that we shall make it. We shall provide job opportunities to the educated, come up with programs that will provide education, develop ways on which we shall boost the entire economy of the country and finally create an environment which will enable the citizens see our benefits and not see us on terms of business approach. A business plan will be of vital in order to ensure that our brainstorming decision making approach has worked accordingly. Another thing that may seem to be minor but it’s important is the sanitation situation of Kava. Programs related to recycling will be of help, (Decision Making Confidence, 2010).
Looking at brainstorming decision making approach, Chris suggested that although there are more people who have not attained the age of 15, we require young minds so as to help us realize our objectives. This means that we need to employ young people whose thinking capacity moves in the same direction with ours. Our education programs such as the recycling program will employ young people who will teach on the importance of a clean environment thus solving certain problems half way. Providing employment opportunities will actually help our project to succeed simply because citizens will see how beneficial our company is which will help us help them. What affects Kava at the moment will help us come up with new ideas which helps create solutions. Our goal is to have Kava with a new look so that in future things will be handled accordingly, (Decision Making Confidence, 2010).
Our brainstorming approach has several steps that will be followed so as to ensure problems have been dealt with accordingly. The first thing that our firm needs to do is to place a technical appearance and explain to the citizens what we intend to do and how we are going to be of benefit to them. This is an important thing because without acceptance of the citizens, there is nothing much we can do. Another thing that we shall do is to provide printed information about our mission and also provide employment opportunities prospectus that interested individuals will complete and forward to us. During the event, all that pertains to the improvement of Kava will be discussed. We shall provide free sample services or products so as to demonstrate on how our company is going to operate. We shall have posters and other materials which will provide citizens with information about our company. Chris suggested that we should introduce a disaster fund raising project which will be open for all. The disaster program will be headed by our company but most of the employees will be citizens. This is a clear indication to the residents that we have mission that will help them although not fully but will create an environment good for their children, (Decision Making Confidence, 2010).
Although our company has decided to use brainstorming decision approach, some of the problems are beyond our control and that is why we have decided to incorporate young people and teach them importance of preserving environment that they are living in. in respect to human disasters such as crime, our company has decided to work with law enforcing agents which will help in establishing measures to stop and punish those who are found in the act.
