In any organization, especially in this age of computers and internet, employees’ ethics has greatly been influenced and resulting to revolution in the communication methods and ways used in any organization. However, issues are arising on how the employees use them for their benefits and the benefits of the organization. The goal of every organization aspires to utilize the available office time and employee skills and professionalism to achieve its objectives and satisfy its clients.

Nonetheless, the employees must behave ethically in the work place and avoid misusing organization’s time to chat, or play online games or receive or download items that are a threat to organizational data’s security. This paper discusses the provision of a safe and effective work environment for employees through understanding of employee behavior, organizational culture, communication strategies, and strategies promoting and managing culture.


 

For a safe and effective work environment, employees must satisfy workplace ethics. A company with ethical employees like cultivates a good working environment for all. Such an environment facilitates the evolution of a good working culture evolves which remains so long as employees’ ethics are right. In the working culture, it is possible to introduce and utilize proper communication strategies like using Google chats for communication instead of moving around the office and wasting time, or use bloggs where certain items needs further clarification and verification through discussions, and many more (Kinicki and Kreitner, 2002)


Such strategies are part of those that promote change within the work culture. Some more change will be brought about by the introduction of IT for Human Resource management to ease the work of writing down and filling information and finally, an overhaul incorporation of software to simplify most tasks in the business like the anti-viruses to keep the computers clean.
