The workforce is dedicated to offering all kinds of humanitarian services provided in their manifesto. The mission is to alienate pain, and suffering to the humanity suffering from disaster. In addition, the organization workforce also aims to train the society on preventive measures taken when a disaster gets anticipated occurring. On the other hand, the ARC organization’s goals regard providing safe health care and humanitarian services to all the unfortunate people with in the country and sometimes out of the country.

Developing strategies to capitalize on maturing workforce depends on the specific motivation factors such as; better pay/ pay raises, incentives, pension schemes among others.  As a matter of fact, offering those kinds of opportunities is quiet expensive for the company. Therefore, this offer demands the organization to deploy top talents at the entrance point. However, for purposes of maturing workforce the motivation demand is imperative for them. The organization must find those motivation factors to retain their work force. Some long past research documents that, the relationship between the workers and the employees advance the output expected from the both. This shows that, their relationship is vital to the organization’s mission and goals.
