My Evaluation Plan

My Evaluation Plan

Table of Contents

This evaluation plan will first start with the description of Action aid, the nonprofit agency. The main purpose of the evaluation will be stated. Others are the evaluation tool, sources, budget, and evaluation questions.  It is essential to ask the five essential questions, which are as follows. What is the mission of this organization? What is its plan? Who are the customers? What is the customer’s value? What are the results? What type of evaluation approach I am supposed to use,? The main approaches to be used will be an outcome-based evaluation and cost-efficiency-based approach. Cost –efficiency based approach will be used to evaluate is the Action aid project is either cost effective or not cost effective.

According to the program’s costs the estimates indicate that program’s costs might be more than the benefits of the program. For example, implementing the budget in accordance to the five questions will require a bigger budget allocation to be cost efficient. Since the focus, of this project is an outcome-based evaluation of cost-efficiency approach is ultimately required. We shall evaluate the cost-efficiency benefit of the project basing on the result anticipated at the end of the project. Furthermore, the cost meeting shall be made not to exceed the cost.  Action aid is a nonprofit making agency; hence the agency must strictly be cost- efficient to meet its final outcome and goals. The benefits of eradicating poverty would be the greatest focus in ensuring the agency is more cost effective. The society in need must get the required methods of fighting poverty until it is no more. This program will invest more finances to ensure these goals are realized in the future. Action aid program’s ability to full eradicate poverty and empower people to fight poverty will encourage quick accomplishment of the outcome of the project.
