Advocates in Rhode Island fraud detection though falsified prescription of drugs requirements: CVS Caremark Company to adapt rules with rigorous requirements

Woonsocket, Rhode Island: the California state Unfair Competition Law requires that Caremark adheres to the unfair competition law with the intention of preventing future fraud incidents. The new regulation will be dramatic benefits to the company now that the company controls much of the market.  For now, the company stands the risk of being shut down given recent fraud charges coupled to fraud charges last year. The actions of the companies in both cases have been against the will of its customers making them lose their confidence in it.

For the company, such a large control of the market share comes with numerous temptations to engage in acts that are not in any case professional. Although the company will benefit from the large profits that come with such actions, it is also at risk of totally closing down (Lifsher, 2012). During the last instances of company charges with fraud, the company has managed to deny of wrong doings and agreed to be investigated by federal authority. The company is subject to fraud charges and unfair competition just like doctors, nurses and other health professionals who were charged for allegedly submitting false bills. The implementation of these requirements calls to avoid hurting falsely charging clients through strict observance of informed consent ethical principles.

“Today, this rule is relevant given that it will not only protect the organization but also protect and retain the customers”, stated DeAngelis the organization spokesman. “However, there is much to be done given that the affected persons are from 9 different states. The requirement has to be established to guarantee efficiency on a local level.” The company is strongly urged to adopt unfair competition and insurance fraud adherence.
