According to my critical path the project will be A, D, E, F, G and O. this duration is calculated as the following.

Therefore, the project will take 34 weeks to be completed.

Major Challenges for Project Manager

Project manager is likely to face a lot of problems in completions of his or her events in the Rock fest. First of all, he is required to plan the entire project thoroughly, seeking for functional areas in the project. This will help to maintain and obtain a real and exact plan that is likely to satisfy their obligation for performance. The manager is also likely to face the challenge on how to control the company of manpower required by the plan. It is the work of the manager also to control the cost of the trade and the mechanical definition in the project. This will help to determine particular parts where the optimization is necessary.  He is the one also who is in charge of leading the organization and the employees assigned to the specific project at a given time. Another challenge is on how to monitor costs, performance and efficiency in the entire project. It is also his work to know how to finish the project within the time and cost. In conclusion, a good manager should know how to solve problems that may arise when doing the project. He must also exercise to help the elements to move in the right direction in a co – operative.
