Introduction
Family annual reunion is an event done once a year and where members of an extended family meet once at a specific date of the year. Family Reunion is important in that it gives an opportunity all members of the family to enjoy their successes for what they have done for the past one year, what they are currently doing and what they intent to do in the coming future. Also, it is important because various families are pulled in from many directions and they can represent their love, traditions and strengthen the bond among the members of the extended family.
The family should spend the extra money to rent the shelter in that the smith family annual reunion is an annual special that cannot be valued in terms of monetary values but in reality if in an important event done on the first Saturday in many of each year and that because there is a probability of being interfered with rainy weather pavillions needs to be rented even if it would be of much use because if it rains and there are no pavillions rented the important meeting, which is done once in a year, will be rendered useless because the meeting will be cancelled. Smith family reunion plays an important role to him, and his entire family fraternity though the benefits cannot be expressed in monetary terms as in the event would be a way of rediscovering and honoring the family, and mothers, siblings, aunts, uncles, and off springs would get to know the members of their broad family and build a strong bond of relationships that will exists many years to come.
Smith family reunion brings his various members of the family closer, and the family will grow closer even if they continue venturing out into uncharted areas. To the family of Smith, it will give an opportunity various members of the family to share ideas as the reunion will consist of various professionals like teachers, doctors, lawyers, business people, athletes architects and many others and this gives chance members of the family during to exchange their ideas and motivate each other. During the family reunion, the young members of the family gets to know the importance of having family meetings and it will pass the legacy to the coming generations. Also, it gives the young members of the family chance to be thought by the older members of the family.
Smith family reunions would facilitate mobilization of resources, and if there is a project to be carried out at the family level, and it needs some resources, it will be very easy to mobilize resources during the reunion. Also, it gives a chance the poor members of the family to learn from successful members of the family, and they can be economically empowered by other successful members of the family.
The best alternative is that the meeting should take place and because there is a tendency of rainy weather. It is necessary that pavillions should be rented so that incase it rains the reunion would be cancelled and resources utilized during the coming by members of the family for the event would be of rendered useless and that the reunion will take place, and the all the members of the family would get the privilege of enjoying benefits of such an event. If the weather will be good and pavillions were rented in means it would be used but, it should not be taken a wastage of resources even if they are not used the benefits of the family reunion remains very beneficial than monetary benefits.
