The episode is rather well-known for many contentious lessons with the intention of deriving from them. Nevertheless, most of these teachings have not anything to do with Paul’s real intent. Paul is annoying by addressing an apparent disagreement in the truth that Jews, a selected community of god, did not respond to god’s memo. The Paul judgment is that god’s speech does not fall short and god did assure eternal blessing to Israel but certainly these were actually meant only for religious Israel, a condition inside the state, a remainder of god’s selected community. Paul immediate transforms and makes Christianity to believe that the chapter is digression of Paul’s general argument. The chapter is determinedly interwoven into Paul’s disagreement as an entire. definitely if the episode was absent from the letter, Paul’s disagreement would be disrupt and incomplete (Moo D.J, 2000).
To understand the general scheme and reason, of the volume is by tracing the run of Paul’s disagreement thus far. He begin to introduce god’s virtue as exposed in the gospel as the subject matter of the letter, after that in the next verses he decorated a bleak image of the person condition and assert that both gentiles and Jews similar are all underneath sin and have fail to survive by god’s virtuous principles. God is exposed in this passage to be virtuous and immediately in his blame of sinners. He there after introduces the answer provided by god concerning the virtuous and trust from the work of law. The reality is described using the faith that Abraham had which include both the mosaic and circumcision laws. The blessing of the Jews has failed and instead receives the blessing by trust. Jews control of torah and the agreement symbol of circumcision are made known to have no salvific benefit. With justification by trust god’s virtue in salvation is exposed (Moo D.J, 2000).
