Abstract
In spite of the high occurrence of the substance abuse between the first episode psychosis populations, some studies has examined on early interventions whether it really improves the substance misuse. The main objective is to examine on pattern and prevalence of material use and its abuse in first episode psychosis sample in one year. The methods used consists all the participants who were diagnose with the first incident of the schizophrenia continuum disorder. The participants must follow prospectively and the dominance rates of material abuse and use from this sample are compared at the start and at the end of the year of early intervention service which are compared with the rates being observed in the sample as from the common population. The results are the sum of two hundred participants where the males read the 80 percent of twenty four years old.
In the study it shows that the one hundred and eighty three participants has completed the appraisals at baselines, the one hundred and thirty one participants took one year before completing their appraisals. In the baselines, there are similar rates for prevalence among the first period psychosis sample and the common sample in the life cannabis use, where it considered the 60percent against the 55percent respectively and the alcohol hazardous use were 26 percent against 21 percent but with different rates in life. The hallucinogen was also considered for 29 percent against 15 percent while cocaine was 20 percent against 14 percent. The early intervention is has been able to sense and reduce the substance apply between the 1st period psychosis patients earlier than it becomes a serious problem.
Background
People have used the drugs in many years. Women’s who have been using the substance misuse problems classically have many treatments needs on reentry to the community from the prison. This research paper will explores the correlates of treatments needed by the sample women with the substance misuse problems and their relationship with other individuals abuses the drugs concerning with the community based treatments following the parole.
Methods
Treatments needed the assessed on admission in prison substances misuse treatments, the participants were always admitted addicted to a community base treatment upon the parole. The multiple regressions and the descriptive statistic were used in examining the treatments needed. The logistics regression was mainly used in determining the factors which were related to a conclusion in after care programs. The analysis in variance was mainly used in examining the ethnic’s difference in the treatments need.
Results
The greater treatments need was mainly associated with the unstable housing earlier than incarceration. The history of physical misuse, sexual misuse, mental problems, drugs and alcohol depended in the age of 19. The lower cure needs was associated in having been mandate to prison treatment. The mental disorders and its earlier age were at first predicted as no completion. The drugs also depended on the higher cure needs and there was a greater possibility of cure in completion. The Hispanic and African American were also associated with lower cure needs with lower possibilities on the completion.

The most used fundamental in understanding of materials abuse is the identifying the unique limitations and the barriers encountered by most of people in the rural areas, where they encounter the substances misuse treatment and preventions programs. Some incredible strides have been used in educating the Americans especially the youths on overwhelming effects of substance misuse.
What the Abuser Plan to Do
Planning on substance misuse requires a lot of thinking because it is a process involved. A person must create plans after leaving the substance. One should work with the counselor, treatment centers and therapist to help you attend and develop and past care cure plan. This will help the addictive person to sober always. One should always continue with the counselors, therapy and the professionals. This is because life after abusing drugs looks confused. The people who have been abusing drugs for along time should keep their bodies healthy by use of nutrition by eating a balanced diet food, drinking plenty of water; this is due to hydration during the material abuse.
The water will help to maintain the temperature in the body, have good moods and look physically good and attractive. The people who have been abusing should involve themselves with exercises, this will help to keep their mind busy and maintain their heart rates. The other plan include keeping your teeth clean, this is due to alcohol and drugs that damage the teeth. The person should also involve hi or her self in social activities as one of the plan, this help one to become happy, lowers depression and keep someone feel loved. People should also plan to engage themselves spiritually incase of hard times. People should be creative; creativity kills immorality and helps one to have a sense of belonging thus having creativity as the major plan.

Most of people who seek cure for both drugs and alcohol misuse problem, many people do not complete the whole cure. The researches show that the length who stays in cure is one of strong predictors on positive cure results. To identify factors to predict cure completion is a crucial step towards the understanding on what it leads to a successful cure. The episode for treatment data is a year compilation of statistics concerning the demographic features and materials abuse crisis of the discharged and admitted material abuse cure.
