American Culture in Relation to Culture and Education

Cultures are preserved or changed due to the systems of education which are in place. People that are educated using a certain system of education will behave corresponding to the educational goals which were induced by the educational system they underwent through.  This will create a certain social capital in such a society.

Social capital is an informal norm that will leads to the promotion of the cooperation between two or more individuals. The norm that constitute a social capital can vary from a norm of reciprocity amongst friends up to a more complex and more elaborate and more articulated doctrines like the Christianity (Fukuyama, 199)

Diversity in cultures has developed locally different forms of social capital such customs were able to provide a from of local stability in niches of the economy and the economy; this was as a result of particular systems of education from the one provided at the family level up to the official education in the learning institutions.

Let’s consider the America culture for example. The policies of globalization have introduced new demands for the culture and the economic system. These demands have not always been adjustable to the culture of the Americans because they were educated according to different norms than those required by policies of globalization. This has brought forth a problem in the trying to create an education system that will be easy to adjust to the cultural system of the Americans as well as their policies of economy and environment. This should also be in line with the post-industrial period.

In America there has been development of different kinds of giftedness initiated by the culture and that correlate directly with the economy demands. There has been hard to absorb intrusive culture in America because of the unequal distribution of giftedness in different parts of the state and the inability to adjustment which is caused by inadequacy in the specialized human resources.

In America it has embrace the globalization aspect by having wide responsibility concerning the preservation of cultural capital developed during its history. These policies have been responsible for the detrimental effects for the environment that appears because of the misunderstanding of the artificial demands required by another culture.

The Americans have imposed new laws to ensure a balance in the America with relation to the globe. It has done this by use of different types of forces. It has worked to create stability by integration of different cultural groups, economy and education in a way that is more comprehensive. There has been use of the variant and a more difficult technical but also protective approach. This has been used though technical to solve a complex problem.

In America there is the familial economy. This form of economy the Americans have adopted a way whereby they work to develop the qualities of children as much as they can so that they can give them the possibility for developing an individual economic niche. This education system form exploits the skills of the children and is very imaginative and inventive. Many American children have learned how to think instead of how to behave and this has impacted their culture. This has resulted to very high talent level and creativeness in the country with little social respect and discipline.

Familial economy in America has led to emergence of small familial factories with small businesses hence development of very competitive market. Social capital has the tendency to be an invariant characterizing in different areas of the culture.

The American culture has intruded in other culture and made the growth in their economy grow this happened in countries like the china.
