Evidence shows that reflection is something that comes naturally but it depends on the environment for a given situation. Reflection is beneficial in different disciplines simply because it helps individuals develop their professional. This is where an individual sits back and reflects on given situations something that allows growth in different angles. Donald Schon is the founder of reflective practices, and he developed this concept in 1987. He defined this concept as a critical process that helps an individual refine one’s artistry in a given discipline. According to Schon, reflective practice is a stepping stone that helps beginners in a given discipline to recognize consonance. They should manage to see the difference that exists between them and those have successfully developed in the same discipline. This essay will reflect on personal attributes in someone’s reflective practices.

Discussion

Reflective practice is beneficial for in service and pre service levels, in different practices. In my life of reflective practices, there are some different things that have enabled me or motivated me in my reflective practice life. Informed decision making is one of the attributes that help me in developing a strong decision making practices. The field of autopilot requires sound informed decision making skills in order to develop something that responds to your needs in the appropriate direction. I believe I have strong decision making skills that always give me directions on developing reflective practices on in services practices. This is something that has enabled me become the best as well as helping others in the same field, (Clift, et al, 2010).

A study on 2010 revealed that teachers play a role of coaches when conducting reflective practices for their students. This is the same thing in the field of autopilot. In the real sense, in order to achieve the best results in a reflective practice situation, an individual ensures that there are appropriate measures to establish a foundation that offers results that are desirable. My professional skills in autopilot industry have enabled me develop sound thoughts in this field. I have managed to take the right career path where I always face challenges in my professional, and as a result of this I manage to grow professionally. This aspect enables me develop reflective ideas vital for my reflective practices in autopilot field. Professional growth is among the few relevant aspects in any discipline simply because an individual manage to determine whether he or she is progressing. Reflective practices have enabled me determine my professional growth both the in service and the pre service in autopilot sector, (Schon, 2011).

My professional development in autopilot has made my life change in different ways. Educators must engage in reflective practices in order to establish an environment that provides specific explanations on their areas of concern. It is necessary to establish a well defined reflective system when creating an educative environment in any given discipline. This is something that has enabled my reflective practice situations develop and yield results that are relevant. My deeper understanding of this field have enabled me have a clear reflective practice of the expected. Understanding a field is relevant simply because it offers someone with basics of explaining or relating the actual situation with the outstanding concepts. It is through my deeper understanding I have managed to develop research on what am required to do when conducting reflective practices. Reflective practice develops challenges for individuals who have no idea on how to approach it. It is clear that my professional growth and understanding creates an environment appropriate for reflective practice, (Boud, & Walker, 2008).

Another thing in my reflective practice situation is the act of being confident. Confidence in autopilot field is beneficial simply because it helps someone develop proper skills required to construct reflective practices for their field. I value my level of confidence in this field simply because it has managed me change my thoughts on the issue of reflective practices. I initially knew that reflective practice is vital when reviewing something that is not appropriate. This is totally different simply because with my confidence I have in mind that reflective practice takes different angles. It can be used for personal growth or help individuals explain their stand in a given environment. Confidence in any field of reflective practices is beneficial simply because it allows an individual understand what is required to be reflected and also what is relevant for that situation, (Boud, & Walker, 2008).

From my own experience and practices in reflective practices, I believe that education is the place that I can deliver quality reflective practices ideas. I have chosen education simply because I have a strong understanding of teaching the field of autopilot. Incorporating reflective practice in other perspectives requires skills in order to understand and how it is required to be applied. I will engage in an action research education practices which will help me develop different strategies in teaching learners on different aspects of autopilot field. Teaching is the current developing field simply because people have to be taught on how to perform duties of certain aspects. At my action research teaching practices, I will ensure that I have the appropriate skills in order to ensure that required knowledge in autopilot field is provided to the relevant groups. This is something that will help me develop my profession and at the same time assist people in acquiring this knowledge, (Clift, et al, 2010).

The action research based approach will help me develop strategies for presenting arguments for my field. The action research will help gather artifacts about my teaching hence allow appropriate development. This is something I believe will provide a positive response simply because we shall ensure critical understanding of the research materials provided in the situation. I have to document competencies relevant for the teaching practice and review them in respect to the preparation guidelines. Apart from action research approach, I will also use the participation approach. Evidence shows that participation is another approach used to incorporate reflection practice in education. This helps develop someone’s ideas on the educator perspective. There are teaching methods that affect how specific teachings are carried out , and that is the reason why I will ensure that a clear understanding environment is developed. This is to help understand both sides of teaching which are the pre service and the in service of autopilot field of education, (Schon, 2011).

Reflective practice guidelines help an individual select the appropriate reflective practice situation in order to create an environment that is appropriate for the said situation. In this case, reflective practice guidelines have managed me select the two appropriate aspects that I believe are necessary in developing my reflective practice. The first one is the action research which gives me a clear concept of skills required in the teaching of autopilot situation. Without such understanding, it becomes difficult to create something that is reliable and relevant for the audience. The action research aspect is used by different educators, and that is why I choose it in my development. According to the guidelines, it is vital to develop strategies that provide relevant information to the target audience. I have scrutinized my skills and knowledge and have realized that I fit for the selected reflective practice at any given time, (Clift, et al, 2010).

According to the reflective guidelines, a selection must follow under the subject of knowledge. Some individuals select a reflective situation inappropriate with their knowledge. My reflective practice is based on the autopilot something that relates to my area of professionalism. This is something that helps me create an environment that offers appropriate information and skills to the relevant parties. Another thing is that the practice must follow under the knowledge of skills. I have chosen action research and participation which will allow me use the skills I have acquired during my study, (Schon, 2011).
