Peaces and security are a major concern in developing countries in that most population in developing countries lives in extreme poverty due to limited resources   and this make them compete for the little resources, and the result is civil wars, which interfere with the existence of security in a country concern, and as a result, education is affected in that war results into the following paradigms which affects the education sector:

Poor implementation of education policies-Civil war make education policy very difficult as communities are exposed to insecurity, displacement, and as the demand for human resource increase, children tend to be recruited to the army, and this affects the no of children who can access education. Also, a lot of resources are directed to security, and this weakens education sector ability to provide education goals nationally, policies, standards, curriculum guidelines and management.

Poor Conditions of Schools and students -School structures tend to be points of destruction during the current civil war, and the result is that the classes are outdoor. Distance affect accessibility to schools and educators and students are forced to travel  at least  30 minutes in order reach  the school and this  tend to subject more educators and pupils  at risk of  failing to attend school.

Reforms in education and peace building are paradigms that can solve the problem. Reforms in the education sector and  constant dialogue with civil population that engage in civil wars as a way of building peace and development in the education sector are major paradigms that need to be put in place.
