It is true that within the context of community, an organization acknowledge that there exists workplace spirituality. This helps individuals have a nourished environment that helps them understand one another. An organization that has workplace spirituality concept is one that will always help its employees in all angles of life. It helps employees in different ways such as addressing conflicts and problems created within the work environment. Evidence suggests that there exist two confusing aspects that lack clear answer even in today’s world. Spirituality at work and workplace spirituality are not the same although some people define and explain them as the same thing, (Rahmani, n.d.).

The main idea of workplace spirituality is to separate work from the actual religious spirituality. I agree that spirituality in an individual is the condition that drives that person towards doing well for the business as well as for the community at large. Everyone has his or her own type of spirituality. Irrespective of the place an individual is, the aspect of spirituality follows him, and it is the one that helps someone shine in whatever activities are carried out. It’s through religion individuals manage to develop codes of conduct that help live in a harmony environment, (Robbins & Judge, 2009, P. 570).

Whatever term may be used to explain the concept of workplace spirituality, an organization invests in this higher power simply because it allows employees become more productive and willing to develop the organization. Mr. Mashi Rahmani, CEO of MMC, INC explained how people are different. In trying to make a better tomorrow, individuals join their effort and build a healthy workplace that yields better fruits. Do not labor for those things that will perish rather put your labor  for the food that endures to eternal life. For on him God the Father has set his seal (John 6:27, New International Version).
