Psychology is believed to start as a discipline of consciousness. Addiction is a longing for chemical substances that is likely to cause consequences either psychological or physical. One cannot control (overcome) addiction voluntarily and brings in a repetitive pleasure looking behaviors. Addictive drugs like caffeine they quickly corrupt. Caffeine is a psychoactive drug because when one takes it alters the moods and a perception thus leads to consciousness. When one abuses caffeine for along time it brings in tolerance and becomes hard to withdraw. One becomes dependence and if one misses it out he or she is likely to have negative moods and develop some pain in the body. Caffeine is a stimulant drug and people use it to speed body functions. It is a dangerous drug because it increases the breathing rate and heart beat (Myers G.D, 2004).

Sleeping is important to our lives, when one sleep it help to repair and restore brain tissues, it also help to rebuilt and restore our lost memories, sleep help people to grow and protect people from harm like accident. Lack of sleep has some side effects such nightmares, sleeping while walking, sleeping while standing, night terrors and sleep apnea.  People who have their caffeine (coffee) at late hours in the day should avoid it. The fact is caffeine helps to keep some one awake that may lead to sleep disorder. People who do not abuse drugs but use coffee have a half life of four hours in the body. The behaviorist discovered that caffeine usually lengthen women half life such as pregnancy, medications, liver disorder, enzymes need caffeine in the liver metabolism. The pregnant mother’s caffeine half life is usually twenty hours (Wolterstorf N., Jeeves M and Myers D, 2002).

Poor eating habit can lower quality of people lives. Bad eating is frequently associated with moods swigs personality and anxiety. Most of the bad eating may be associated mostly with drug abuse. Coffee is not bad but when misused it cause such problems. It is true that bad eating habits usually lower the blood sugar in the body. When the blood is lowered it shows that there is a problem with the kidney and liver, while this type of the problem can lead to mental and neurological deterioration. On the other hand a high blood sugar can also cause kidney and liver shut down. It is also dangerous to have a high blood sugar for it can cause diabetes and immune body system harms. It is also true, that bad eating habits can cause mood swigs (Wolterstorf N., Jeeves M and Myers D, 2002).

Mood swigs and depression are usually caused physiological issues such as dehydration, deficiencies in vitamins and hormone, electrolyte inequality and malnutrition. When one live with such eating habits, the individual is likely to have depression and thus cause victim to the eating disorder that finally, lead to stress. When one does take enough food, the individual is likely to suffer from digestive complexity. When a woman is not in ability to deliver kids, is said to be infertile. This usually caused by lack of hormonal imbalances and menstruation cycle. Defencies in the vitamins and malnutrition can also cause infertility. The malnutrition also may increase chances of kid being born with defects. It is therefore recommended the best age to get a baby is between the age of 25 to 30 years. This is because female infertility reduces by 3% to 5% after every year (Myers G.D, 2004).
