Such relationships ought to be take place as teachers and administrators both put them into practice. It is the nurturing of these relationships that result to a school culture where there is cohesion among the educators. There are certain factors that portray that there is an effect or practice of egalitarian norms. Such factors include environments where teachers share with one another about their practice. This portrays that the educators have a friendly relationship outside the teaching setting. Ferguson, M. (2002).


The practice of egalitarian norms also results to a culture where teachers share with one another about teaching knowledge. This enables educators to have additional information and skills on how they can best administer teaching. The sharing of teaching knowledge, therefore, means that there is better comprehending by the students. They cooperate to ensure that all teachers in the school are able to succeed in their practice. Such positive relations among educators are beneficial not only to them but also to the students and administration. This is because educators are able to relate well with the students and provide a favorable learning environment.
