Review

The author’s thesis statement states that there are various hindrances and complications that arise during hiring in all organizations and these are related to leadership and teamwork tasks. The author states that these can be overcome through proper time management, extensive research and fostering of proper communication. This thesis statement is not clearly stated, and as a result the reader has to try and piece up what stand the author portrays by going through the author’s analysis of the problem. In order to rectify this problem and give a clear standing thesis statement the author should review the problem under study. Thereafter, s/he should state the causative factors and highlight what s/he believes could be the best solutions to those problems before proceeding to the outline of how these factors affect performance.

The author’s essay content is in line with the topic and s/he has stuck to the topic. S/he has explained the background of the case study and its complications as well as solutions to the problem in a comprehensive manner.

Finding solutions for these problems are inevitable, but first these problems need acknowledged.

He has also informed all perspective employees of his or her incomplete employment process.

He has also informed all respective employees of his or her incomplete employment process.

The author has used a summative summary that outlines how Carl overcame the complications and hindrances as a closing strategy for his/her writing. The closing is effective for the essay because it offers a summary that enables the reader to review the problems alongside their respective solutions and how they were arrived at as solutions.

Conclusively, the essay is well outlined and sequentially sensible in the manner it reviews the problem, and thereafter identifies problems and their respective solution. Reading the essay felt like easily flowing through properly sequenced material that was well researched and outlined. However, the author needs to check the reference list and his/her referencing format according to APA guidelines-the reference list and referencing are not properly done. According to APA guidelines the Surnames of referenced authors should be placed before publication dates: and this is among the glaring mistakes of referencing committed (OWL, 2010).
