-high emotional intelligence makes him solve emotional problems with less cognitive efforts, and is highly verbal and social. -Very open  and inclined to activities involving social interactions

-avoids self-destructive behaviors like violent episodes with others

-every now and then, provide motivation seminars to improve the employee’s motivation and engagement. This will reinforce employee empowerment.

– as a blended style decision maker, training will enhance his consistence systemic optimization which will result to his optimal use of talent, resources, opportunities and challenges

-reward it when u see it will be used to make him a leader as he has abilities to  establish positive social relationships

-very focused on school but which makes him prioritize his duties to avoid missing critical business activities

-Has positive emotions and is very happy with self

– He is emotionally intense thereby very careful in his work and determine to have everything right as he can highly be affected by poor performance by destructing his feelings

– Good at setting work related goals which he follows to avoid the consequences of emotional intensity that can overwhelm his ability to think straight

– good decision maker even though not a confident decision maker

 

 

 

 

-helping this employee set his own goals and objectives so that he will be guided by his expectations and job descriptions. This will enhance his decision making skills
