Race Relation
In this paper am discussing on the development and emergence of what people know the 1980s in ethics and women technology. The necessary essentials of this movement is discussed by African American mothers such as Anna Julia cooper and Maria w. Stewart, jarena lee, sojourner, truth, Amanda berry smith, Ida b. and Frances Watkins who have contributed to this race relation. The race relation is an act enacted in the 1968 where the parliament of the British act refused the employment, public service and the housing on grounds to t6he race, color, national origin and ethnic. In the year 1995 Washington post participants had to answer this question on racism.
How big a problem is racism in our community today? The people answered that racism was a big crisis while the whites agreed with statement on racism. In race relation there is present and past discrimination that seems to be major reasons for the social and economic crisis. The half of the African American agrees thus black’s value discrimination since it has led to success. The surveys and the numerous in the year 1990, shows minorities and whites, hold the contrasting choices on race relations and racial discrimination. The Bill Clintons advisory on race, people of color and whites see racial progress differently that the outsider could believe that most minorities and white could see the world in different.
Anna cooper Julia discussed on issue on woman’s thinking. She was very educated with degrees, PhD and this led her to believe that only few ladies (black) attain such goals. She is a woman who has fought on ladies rights especially ones and encourages them to be educated. As successful women one must something achieved to be a good example to other people. She argues for the unmuting of blacks (women) voices by telling her own story and not the whites and black men. She has criticized on whites and black man about sex and not supporting the black ladies education. She was critical and vocal of the ethnic insensitivity of white feminists like Howard. Due to her bitterness she said that no white man, women and black guy will ever decide on black women decision, either by determining, naming and having experience on their work. Cooper has realized the importance’s of a women in the society. On the other hand the Harley has added that the women’s of black must speak out and put off black guys while speaking.
In 19th century on black (feminists) creation the person must be identified where the actions and thoughts have led to these results. In this case we have daughter of Africa (Margaret) and the collection of African feminist thinking (Beverly guy sheftall). The consciousness in black America ladies is through their work on slavery the ethnic relations and the sociology of race touch the area on discipline studies on political, social and economic relations between the ethnicities and races in all levels of the community. The most social psychological findings concern the race relations where the members of stereotype people of groups have consequences. White always tends to explain racism as particular non problem to people.
On the other hand the people of color have experienced the subtle biases in the daily basis. They value the equality, fairness and justice and the biases that is a problem in the society (john dovidio, 2000). The biases are the evident to white people on their reaction to the people of color. The presents of the people of the color makes the white anxious. The generalization helps to make ethnic of people group that is not perpetuated in the community. An example of generalization is a case where women may encounter an individual from particular ethnics group, she may find them being excellent parent and a conclusion may be drawn from there (Blum L, pg 12).
Stereotype may be complicated for it refers to race, religion, country and sex. Stereotype may be also complicated in terms of race and sex; this is normally used in the Asian American where the men women differ completely. The women of Asian America may be seen attractive to other people while the men may be vice versa. Stereotype can be good though it can harmful n future. On the other hand it may be negative since it may suggest the negative behaviors.
In U. S racial of people groups are always in stereotype like being known to good in dancing, maths and athletic. The united state could not take long to answer the known group in excelling the basketball. Stereotype makes one to have the same one may have in the society. The referred gap or difference between non whites and whites is noted as we examine the opinion for public in governmental attempt of redressing the discrimination and racism. The ethnic relations and the sociology of race touch the area on discipline studies on political, social and economic relations between the ethnicities and races in all levels of the community. In conclusion, when one want to stereotype a group of individuals, one should think and know the type of group one may be belong thus listing the stereotypes relationships. One should consider whether the chosen stereotype apply to the person. It is always suggested that when judging, one should make comment on individual person but not in group.
